2 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. soda
pinch salt
1 can crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Icing
1 stick butter
8 oz. package of cream cheese (let soften)
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9 X13 pan. Bake at 350º for 35-40 min.

Mix all ingredients together well and spread over cake when cooled.
