¼ cup oil
3 Tablespoons flour
3 Tablespoons Chili Powder
2 cups Hot Water

Directions:
Directions:
In a frying pan; add oil and heat to medium and then add the flour and Chili Powder. Stir until the flour as has a chance to cook. Then slowly add water and continue to stir until desired consistency. You may add an additional cup of water if needed.
