1 bunch of broccoli, chopped
1 onion, diced
1 qt. water
1/2 lb. American cheese
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) soup can milk
1/2 tsp. traditional Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chopped broccoli and onion in water. Add cheese and melt. Stir in soup until blended. Add milk. Season and heat, but do not boil.
