boneless, skinless chicken breasts
cornflakes
garlic salt
seasoning salt
onion flakes
poultry seasoning
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse chicken. Pat dry. In a food processor, add all dry ingredients. Pulse until fine crumbs form. Pour into a pie plate. Generously coat chicken with butter flavored non-stick cooking spray. Dredge in crumbs to coat well. Place an oven safe cooking rack (for cookies) on a 10 x 14 jelly roll pan. Place chicken on rack. Bake for 20 minutes or until thermometer reads 165º.
