5 C. rhubarb cut small,
1/2 C. water,
4 C. sugar,
1-can of raspberry pie filling,
2-3 ounce boxes of raspberry sugar free jell-o.

Directions:
Directions:
Add first 3 ingredients and cook until rhubarb is soft. Add 1 can raspberry pie filling and boil 5 minutes. Take off of heat and add the jell-o. Stir till dissolved. Cool. Put in jars or containers and freeze.
Hints: I use the food processor to cut up rhubarb.
