1 large bell pepper
1 large onion
garlic
jalapeņo peppers
28 oz. can tomatoes
jar pimentos
large velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Process first 4 ingredients and pimentos. Begin simmering. Process tomatoes and add to vegetable mixture. Simmer until liquid is gone - approx. 2 hours. Add velveeta.
