2 pkgs. Hawaiian Rolls
1 lb. shaved ham
2 cups of shredded Swiss cheese

Spread:

3/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
2 T. onion flakes
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the spread ingredients until well blended. Split rolls in half and brush spread onto the bottom of each roll. Add shaved ham and top with Swiss cheese. Brush spread on top of rolls. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.

These little sandwiches were served at Mom's 80th birthday party in 2007. The recipe is from Todd's cousin, Cindy Deakin. Quite tasty! I remember Jason referring to them as "poor man's White Castles"! Trust me...nothing "poor" about them!
