Make Italian Salad Dressing by combining all in blender or food processor:
½ c. finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
¾ c. sugar
1 c. red wine vinegar
1 c. olive oil
1 c. ketchup
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. oregano

1, 12-oz. box pasta shells
½ c. cherry tomatoes, cut in ½
½ c. chopped green pepper
½ c. chopped olives (green or black)
4 ½ tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt, optional
½ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. garlic powder

Marinate tomatoes, peppers, olives and onion with dressing in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. One hour before serving,
boil shells according to directions. Toss in shells with marinated vegetables and seasonings. Refrigerate for 30 min. Serves 10-12.
