3 ripe bananas
2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pitted date or raisins
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp grated orange zest
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Mash bananas in a large bowl.
3. Stir in rest of ingredients and combine well.
4. Allow batter to sit 15 minutes.
5. Drop by heaping teaspoons onto a lightly
greased cookie sheet.
6. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes, or until lightly
browned.
