1 cup Regular Long Grain Rice (not Minute)
1 Package Lipton Onion Soup
1 Stick Margarine
3 cups Boiling Water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put all ingredients in a casserole dish, cover with
aluminum foil or glass lid and cook in oven for 30-45 minutes. It will look like a watery mess; then like " magic" it turns to a bowl of rice.

** You can use package Lipton Onion/Mushroom soup mix instead of Onion Soup.
