3 chicken breasts
1 lb. asparagus
1 1/2 c. chicken broth (divided)
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. yogurt
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken breasts. Arrange asparagus in pan (spray with Pam©). Top with chicken breasts. Boil 1 cup chicken broth. In the remaining 1/2 cup cold chicken broth, add cornstarch, gradually add to hot broth. Cool slightly. Add mayonnaise, yogurt, milk, cheese, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over chicken and bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes. Serve with pasta or rice, fruit salad, and bread.
