3 1/2 Quarts Apple Juice
1 Fifth Everclear
5 to 6 (4-inch) Cinnamon Sticks
3 Cups Sugar (more or less to taste)

Directions:
Bring apple juice, cinnamon sticks and sugar to a boil. Let cool overnight. Add Everclear. Transfer to container for storage. Tastes best if concoction stands for about one week before drinking.
