1st layer: 2 lb. browned ground beef
2nd layer: sliced raw carrots (as many as you like)
3rd layer: sliced or small chunked raw potatoes (as many as you like)
salt and pepper
4th layer: 1 large or 2 small cans of tomato soup

Layer as listed. Bake 350º for 45 minutes to 1 hour until carrots and potatoes are done.

This has been a Schultz harvest meal for years, travels well to the field or wherever you need to take it!
Grandpa Alvin enjoyed this when he didn't want to take time to come in for dinner.
