2 small cans whole green chilies
1 bag of Mexican mixed cheese (4 cups)
4 eggs
1 5 oz can of evaporated milk (2/3 cup)
1 T flour
1 small can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spread 1 can of chilies on bottom of 9x13 pan. Spread 2 cups cheese over chilies then add the remaining can of chilies and then last 2 cups of cheese as before.

Mix eggs, evaporated milk and flour together. Pour over cheese & chilies.

Bake 35 minutes. Remove from oven, top with tomato sauce and bake for another 15 minutes.
