2 Avocado's,
1 small carton sour cream,
Sweet Chilli Sauce,
grated cheese

Peel Avocado's, place in a bowl and mash until you have a smoothish paste. Add the sour cream to avocado mix and combine.
On a large flat platter, pizza pan or dinner plate spread the avocado mix over entire surface evenly.
Draw lines over the surface of the avocado mix with the sweet chilli sauce bottle (ie. 2cm apart or less for more taste!).
Cover the entire surface with a thin layer of grated cheese. Refrigerate until needed. Dip tastes best with Doritto or CC chips.
