Bottle of supermarket fruit juice
Small Tupperware/ soft plastic child's cup
Paddlepop sticks
Freezer!

Make room in your freezer!
Get a small tupperware/soft plastic child's cup, pour fruit juice into cup at least 1cm from the top of the cup (liquids expand when freezing), place a paddlepop stick into the juice. The stick will lean to the side, move it to the center before fully frozen or just leave on the side, the kids won't mind!
Freeze overnight. Remove from cups once frozen by very gently squeezing the outside surface of the cup or hold in hands for a little bit to warm up the outside of the cup.
