Ingredients:  
1 lb sirloin tip or round steak, cut in ½” slices
2 TBSP butter
1 onion
1 sml garlic clove
1 tsp salt
1 cup beef boillion
1 tsp pepper
1 cup wine, opt
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook steak, butter and onion in skillet over medium heat, until steak is brown. Add beef boullion, heat until boiling. Reduce heat, cover & simmer until meat is tender.
Add mushrooms, salt, pepper, garlic, mushroom soup, sour cream & wine. Cook over low heat for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Serve over warm fettucine noodles that have been buttered & garlic.
