2 cups sugar
2 small packages lime-flavored gelatin
4 cups boiling water
46 oz. can pineapple juice
3/4 cup lemon juice
2 cups cold water
2 (28 oz.) bottles chilled gingerale
Lime slices
White wine (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve sugar and gelatin in boiling water; add juices and cold water. Pour into two two-quart containers; freeze.

Remove from freezer several hours before serving. Just before serving, add the gingerale and wine.
