Slaw: 1 med. head cabbage
1 grated carrot
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt

Dressing:
1 tsp. whole mustard seed
1/4 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salt with cabbage and let stand 1 hour. Squeeze out excess moisture. Add carrots and pepper. While cabbage is standing make dressing. Combine dressing in gredients in saucepan and boiil for 1 minute. Cool to lukewarm. Pour over slaw mixture and put in freezer containers. Thaw as needed for serving. Leftovers may again be frozen.
