1 Can (14 Ounce) Artichoke Hearts, drained & chopped
2 Packages (4 Ounce Each) Crumbled Athenos Feta Cheese
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 Jar Diced Pimentos, Drained
1 Clove Garlic, Minced

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Spoon into 9 inch pie plate or 3 cup shallow baking dish. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes or until lightly brown. Garnish with tomato and sliced green onions if desired. Serve with assorted crackers or pita triangles.
