1 pound ground bee
1 onion chopped
4 cups tomato juice
1 small bag frozen corn
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1/2 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot over medium heat, combine the ground beef and the onions. Saute for about 5 minutes, or until onions are tender. Add the tomato juice, corn, beans, tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Stir well and heat throughout, but do not boil. Is great served with tortilla chips, cheese and sour cream.
