3 cups long grain rice, uncooked
3 tsp grated lemon peel
2 1/2 tsp dill weed
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp instant chicken bouillon powder

10 Meals:
30 cups long grain rice, uncooked
About 5 lemons
3/4 cup plus 1 tsp dill weed
About 1/2 cup salt
1 1/4 cups instant chicken bouillon powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and blend well. Store in a cool, dry place and use within 6-8 months.

To prepare: Combine Dill-Lemon Rice Mix, 4 cups cold water and 2 tbsp butter or margarine in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 15-25 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
