1 Meal:
1/3 cup flour
2 cups milk
2 tsp beef bouillon granules
1-1 1/2 lbs lean stew meat
1/2 packet dry onion soup mix
1 bay leaf
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup water
2 cups sour cream
1 small pkg egg noodles

10 Meals:
3 1/3 cups flour
20 cups milk
about 1/2 cup beef bouillon granules
10-15 lbs lean stew meat
5 packets dry onion soup mix
10 bay leaves
10 small cans sliced mushrooms

To make a white sauce with the first 3 ingredients, warm about 1 1/2 cups of the milk in a saucepan. Place all the flour and beef granules in a mixing bowl and gradually whisk in the remaining milk until no lumps remain. Slowly add it to the warm milk. Stirring constantly over medium heat, bring the sauce to a gently boil. Allow to boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add the rest of the ingredients to the sauce except for the sour cream and noodles. If freezing, see below. Otherwise, pour in a slow cooker and cook for 6 hours on low until meat is tender. Add sour cream just before serving. Serve over noodles.

Cool and place in a freezer bag. Do not freeze sour cream.
