2 pkg. frozen waffles (square Aunt Jemima work best)
2 c. diced ham (or sausage)
2 c. shredded cheese
10 eggs
4 c. milk
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Line 9x13 pan with frozen waffles. Put ham and cheese over waffles. Add another layer of waffles. Beat eggs in bowl, add milk. Pour evenly and carefully over waffles. Salt and pepper the top. Cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350º for 1 hour, 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes to firm up.
