1 lb. crab meat, coarsely chopped (imitation crab meat okay)
2 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. shredded red cabbage
1 head fresh broccoli, cut in florets
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
2 shredded carrots
1 bunch of green onion, sliced

In small bowl whisk together:
3/4 c. light mayonnaise
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 T. white sugar
3 T. white vinegar
1 clove crushed garlic
1 1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. black pepper
1/2 t. hot pepper sauce

Toss together, cover and refrigerate. Stays crispy a long time.
