1 lb. spinach
1 small can water chestnuts
1 can bean sprouts
8 slices fried bacon, crumbled
2 hard-boiled eggs

Dressing:
1 c. salad oil
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 medium onion, diced fine
1/4 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems from spinach - wash and dry. Drain chestnuts and bean sprouts. Put first three ingredients in salad bowl.

Mix dressing ingredients together, let stand to blend. Add to first three ingredients, top with bacon and eggs.
