2 cups sugar
2 cups self rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 cup oil
3 eggs
2 small jars baby food fruit - plum or apricot
1/2 cup chopped pecans and/or raisins
Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
juice of one lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Dump all ingredients into a bowl and mix by hand. Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan at 325º oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Turn out immediately and glaze while warm.
Glaze:
Mix ingredients together until smooth and pour over warm cake.
