1 tsp paprika
1 clove garlic (minced)
¼ tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put pigs feet into kettle, cover with water, add spices, and garlic. Cook until tender. Remove pigs feet. Skin. Cut meat off bone into bite size pieces. Put meat into a bowl, add liquid. Chill until set.
