1 package white cake mix (No pudding in the mix)
1 can frozen margarita mix, thawed
3 egg whites
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. lime zest

Icing:
1 package creamy white butter cream icing
1 tsp. fresh lime juice
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, margarita mix, egg whites, and vegetable oil using an electric mixer. Stir in lime zest. Fill baking cups 2/3 full. Bake at 350º for 22-24 minutes or until knife inserted is clean. Cool in pan 5-8 minutes. Remove from pan. Prepare icing mix according to package directions. Stir in lime juice. Ice cupcakes.
