1 box yellow cake mix
1 11 oz can mandarin oranges with juice
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil

ICING:
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple with juice
1 8 or 9 oz cool whip
1 3 oz instant vanilla pudding mix (unprepared)

Directions:
Mix cake mix, oranges and juice, eggs and oil with electric mixer until orange slices are broken up and batter is fluffy (about three min). Divide batter into 3 greased and floured 9 in pans and bake at 350º for 20 min or until test done. Cool on rack. Ice between layers, sides, and top.

Icing: Blend pineapple and juice, cool whip and dry pudding. Mix well. Keep refrigerated until used.
