2 Cups white sugar
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 cup butter
3 TBSP Cocoa - (use either regular or the Hershey's Special Dark)
3 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter (I use Crunchy)
1 TSP Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients, bring to a rolling boil and cook for EXACTLY one minute. Remove from heat and quickly beat in the oatmeal, peanut butter, and vanilla.
Drop on waxed paper by teaspoon.

HINT: Every single time I attempted to make a double batch, they did not turn out.....they are very finicky... So, just make one batch at a time. Also, since the process is extremely quick, have all the ingredients measured out and ready to go before you start. Also, the cocoa makes all the difference in the world....I used Ghiradelli baking cocoa for the lighter ones and Hershey's special dark for the darker ones.
