1/3 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 t. cinnamon
2/3 c. chopped walnuts
8-10 slices French Bread
4 eggs beaten
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a small pan over low heat, stir together the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Pour/spread into a 9x13 greased baking dish. Sprinkle with a little more than half of the chopped nuts. Combine eggs and milk. Dip each slice of bread in egg mixture and arrange the bread slices in a single layer on top of the brown sugar-nuts in the dish. Pour the remaining egg mixture over the bread, sprinkle with the remaining nuts. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, remove the cover and bake in a 350º oven for 30-35 min. or until the center appears set and top is light brown. Let stand for 10 minutes and serve with fruit or maple syrup.
