1 cup Crisco oil
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs

4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. cinnamon

Cream together margarine, oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add dry ingredients to cream mixture and chill dough over night. Make balls about the size of walnuts. Place on cookie sheet and press down with bottom of glass (dip glass in sugar before pressing down ). Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Recipe makes a lot of cookies - DO NOT double.
