1 pkg cream cheese
1 1/2 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
12 oz frozen shrimp (small salad style)
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
garlic powder, to taste
1 bottle (12 oz) cocktail sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, shrimp, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Mound it on a platter and pour cocktail sauce on top. Serve with crackers (Club crackers work especially well).

My mother-in-law makes this for New Year's, and it is a HUGE hit. We all absolutely devour it!
