Ingredients:  
1c Mayo, 1 can quartered artichoke hearts, 1c Parmesan cheese, 1 small tomato - chopped, 1 green onion - chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees
Put first 3 ingredients in a shallow oven safe dish
Bake for 1 hour
Top with tomatoes and green onion

The dip is done when it is golden brown.
Serve with sourdough bread or crackers.
