Serves 8-12

4 lbs chicken breast, or one whole chicken, cut in pieces
2 cans Coca Cola
1 - 24 oz bottle of ketchup
4 lbs small red potatoes, cut in half
1 lb baby carrots (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken and vegetables in Dutch oven. Mix the Coke and ketchup and pour over chicken and vegetables.

Put the lid on the oven and bake with 12 coals on top and 12 coals on bottom. Cook for about 60 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
