Ingredients:  
1 chocolate cake mix (dry)
1 egg
1 stick margarine

Melt margarine. Mix dry cake mix, egg and margarine. Pat in the bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan.

1 can chocolate frosting
8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c nuts

Mix frosting, cream cheese & eggs. Add nuts and pour over cake mixture.

Bake 30-40 minutes in 350º oven. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top when take from oven. Cool and cut into 24 bars.
