Fresh Filet of Salmon with Skin

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat barbecue grill for 2 to 4 minutes.
Season Salmon with garlic salt and pepper.
Place Salmon skin down on grill and grill for 5 minutes @ 3/4 heat.
Turn Salmon over and peel skin off with tongs.
Scrape excess fat off after removing skin.
After 5 minutes turn back over for 2 minutes.
Carefully separate center of filet to see if fully cooked.
When fully cooked remove and serve.
