1/3 C peanut butter
1/2 C butter
1/2 C white sugar
1/2 C brown sugar
1 egg
1 t vanilla
1 3/4 C flour
1 t soda
1/2 t salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream peanut butter, butter, white sugar, and brown sugar. Add egg, vanilla, flour, soda and salt. Shape into balls, roll in sugar and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 5 minutes at 375º. Remove from oven. Top with chocolate stars. Press down star so cookie cracks, then return to oven. Bake 2-5 minutes more.
