5-10 potatoes
1 bottle Ranch dressing
1-2 cans Rotel Tomatoes
1 8 oz tub sour cream
1/2 stick butter
1 lb Velvetta cheese (more if desired)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Form a dish in aluminum foil. Dish should be 9x 13 size. Using extra super duty as you dont want it to leak. Leave enough sides to cover top. Add all ingredients and cook on hot grill til potatoes are tender. Or can be cooked in oven at 350 til tender.

Servings will depend on potatoes used. 5 potatoes=5 people, adjust other ingredients as necessary to cover the amount of potatoes you are using.
