1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup milk
2 cup rolled oats Old Fashioned
1 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices, mix well. Set aside.

Cream butter, gradually add the sugar; cream until lite and fluffy. Add beaten eggs and stir in the oatmeal and milk.

Mix dates, coconut and nuts; mix well. Blend in the dry spices. Stir into oatmeal mixture, mix well.

Drop by Tbsp. onto lightly greased cookie sheet 3 inch apart. Bake at 350º for 11 to 13 minutes.
