1 large onion
6 stalks of celery
1 unpeeled apple (shredded)
1 lb. ground beef
5/8 cup of rice (cooked in chicken broth)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef, drain (I rinse with hot water). Cut celery into 1/4 inch pieces. Dice onion. Saute the onion and celery. Mix all the ingredients. Put into a casserole, You may add a 1/2 cup apple juice. Bake in a preheated oven 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
