"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Shred your chicken. Mix sea salt, sour cream and green chillies with your chicken in large bowl. In seperate bowl mix velvetta and rotel, like you would make your queso dip in the microwave. Get out your casserole pan and spray the entire pan. Put the tortillas in the microwave to soften. Fill each tortilla with meat mixture rolling into lil enchiladas laying them in the casserole dish until dish is full or chicken mix is gone. Pour green chili sauce on top of rolled, filled tortillas. Then pour your cheese dip mixture over top of that. Cover with foil. Bake on 350 for 1 hour.
