Cheddar Cheese
Bacon Bits
Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Bake several potatoes in oven; let cool 30 minutes. Slice in 1/2 length ways. Hull out potatoes with a spoon or scraper, leaving about 1/2 inch or less of potato skin. Drop skin into deep fat fryer and fry until crisp.
Drain on paper towels. Top with cheddar cheese & bacon bits and place on broiler rack in over until cheese is melted.
Remove and top with more bacon bits and sour cream or anything that suits your fancy.

You can skip deep fat fryer and use broiler in oven if you like, but skin won't be as crisp.
