1 lb. round steak, cubed
1 tbsp. shortening
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 can cream celery soup
4 oz. can mushroom pieces, drained
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in shortening in saucepan. Add onions and celery and saute till tender. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 608 hours. Serve on hot cooked noodles. Can change flavors of soup.
