1 lb. ground beef
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup sliced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Fry meat and vegetables until meat has browned slightly and vegetables are soft. Alternate this with layers of from 4 to 6 cups diced raw potatoes and over all pour a can of mushroom soup diluted with enough milk to cover. Salt and pepper to taste. Watch while baking so it doesn't become dry. Bake 1 1/2 hours. A few carrots add color.
