Crust:
4 tsp. sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes

3 egg yolks
3/4 cup sweet cream
1 3/4 cup sugar
4 tsp. flour
4 cups rhubarb, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream mixture and fold in cut up rhubarb. Put on top of crust and bake one hour. Beat egg whites with 5 tbsp. sugar. Spread on baked mixture - bake till brown.
