2 or 3 cups sweet potatoes; mashed
1 stick butter
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. all spice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Peel the potatoes, boil, and mash; mix in all remaining ingredients. (Bake pie crusts at 350 deg. for about 5 minutes.) Put mixed ingredients in baked pie crust. Makes 2- 9 inch pies. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
