50 slices of white bread
Roma or Plum Tomatoes (enough to make
50 thin slices)
Real Bacon Bits

Spread:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. paprika
3tbsp. parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the white bread with a small circular cutter and toast on cookie sheet for 30 minutes at 250º. (Store in empty bread bag or zip lock bag until ready to put together.)

Assemble the spread and chill for several hours.

Slice the tomatoes into thin round slices. Spread the spread over the bread rounds. Place a tomato slice on top. Sprinkle bacon bits on top of tomatoes.
