1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup milk
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, butter, cheese, and onion. Drain spinach and add to mixture. Spread mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 325º for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.

Freezes well. To reheat, bake at 300º for 15 minutes.
